Behold; the night-train! First batch of homebrew is already gurgling signs of life. Provided I managed not to infect it (looking good as fermentation has taken the lead) some nice ESB should be ready in about a month.

Should the brew prove sterile, I expect a 6pk shipment up north :)
ReplyDeleteIf I can guarantee that the bottles won't explode en route, I'll see what I can do! Of course, it'll be at least a month before I should pop open a bottle. Rule of thumb is 1 week in primary fermenter, 2 weeks in secondary, and 3 weeks of bottle conditioning. We'll see, though...
